•    Welcome Back! I hope that everyone had a wonderful summer. I am so excited to be joining this group once again as their Third Grade teacher. I expect that we will have a successful and enjoyable year. Please welcome the newest members of our Third Grade family. Michael Graves, Myles Argall and Sr. Noreen. 
  • We had a great first week of school. We learned all about the classroom routine and the teacher's expectations. We got to know each other better. 

ANNOUNCEMENTS

  •  In this website you will find various information regarding what is going on in Room 3. You will find homework assignments, test dates and links to educational games.  
  •  I will do my best to update the website weekly. Please visit it weekly to find out what's happening in Third Grade.
  •  This year our Daily Mass will be on Tuesdays. We need to be in church by 7:50am. Please make sure that your children arrive on time, so they have plenty of time to drop off their backpacks and be ready to line up for church. On this daily Mass it is the third graders responsibility to read the Responsorial Psalm. I will be picking a student each Friday to read the following Tuesday. Please help your child prepare over the weekend, so that they will be ready by Tuesday morning. (We will also be helping them at school when they first receive their reading)
  • I hope you all read my letter regarding my classroom management system. When students arrive to school on Monday, they will receive their checkbook. They will also receive their very first paycheck for being third graders. This means that they will also begin to pay fines if necessary. Remind your children of the importance of following all the classroom rules, so they do not have to pay any fines. I will be sending this checkbook home periodically, to keep you updated on your child's progress. Students will be able to purchase from the "Zacarias Store" once a month.
